Booked here as could not get a Waterfront apartment. Perfectly okay. Comfortable, clean and spacious enough for my wife and I. Only downside was no a/c in the lounge and Cape Town was hot. Perhaps a ceiling fan at least could be added. This accommodation is a notch below the Waterfront, but we would stay here again. More

We stayed in 7 Bayview Terrace and the house is awesome. It has everything you need and the service is fantastic. Location is pretty good and the view from the balcony is outstanding. By far, it's the best house I've ever rented in my life. Without any doubt, when I come back to Cape Town, I would rent the house... More

We seem to have followed the previous review contributor in for a 3 night stay at 4 Bayview - 3 couples at the end of September 2011, with 5 friends/family from UK. It was the last 3 days of a 15 day tour of the Cape, and what a superb place to stay. We should have made it longer. The... More

We spent 6 nights at the 3 bedroomed 4 Bayview Terrace although we only used the 2 upstairs bedrooms as we are 2 couples. Everything about this house is great - it's beautifully furnished, has a great location, well-equipped kitchen and the view is unbeatable! You can sit on the patio and look over the pool and the V&A Waterfront... More

Great location, very clean and warm (was in the winter). The staff was also great. A few gripes...The beds are super hard. I asked for an extra comforter though and it was brought in right away. Put one down to sleep on top of and it helped a bit. We arranged transport to the airport and were picked up in... More

Hi there Thank you for your feedback which we always appreciate. Although I know you raised the issue of your airport pick-up when you arrived with our General Manager I would like to personally stress that we do take this incident very seriously and have done a thorough investigation. Being a small company we do not have our own internal... More

When you are in Cape Town its wonderfull to have your "own" housse. It gives you such a freedom, its a home away from home. The service at Waterkant cottages is great, such helpfull people. The cleaning lady´s are great to. And the housse it self is beautiful. You have got your own sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with both... More

My family and I were thrilled with the 5 days we stayed at a De Waterkant Cottage (we were at 76 Waterkant). The location is fabulous -- it's in the De Waterkant neighborhood which feels like San Francisco -- hills, cobblestone streets, proximity of a fabulous waterfront, cafes, restaurants, night spots, elegant stores. The rooms in the "cottage" (better description:... More

I've just come back from a three night stay at 169 Waterkant St, one of De Waterkant Cottages' two apartments. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and beautifuly decorated. The master bedroom had a king size bed and attached open-plan bathroom, with bath, shower and separate toilet. Kitchen was fully equipped although not enough to tempt us away from... More

We had a wonderful week in 23 Loader Street. The location is excellent, with walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shopping. Completely safe area. The apartment was brilliant with a nice jacuzzi on the roof, and interesting architecture. Most be one of the best bathroom in the world! We will definitely come back!! More

We rented 80 De Waterkant street through De Waterkant Cottages. They were very helpful, arranged a driver from and to the airport, and were incredibly helpful with all travel information. The cottage itself was large and beautiful with a roof top deck, and new kitchen. This stay was the highlight of our 20 days in Africa. De Waterkant neighborhood was... More
