The hotel came recommend by a friend. The location was great and the hotel was nice. Its near a lot of bars a couple of blocks away (on Long Street). Mix of crowd from leisure travelers to business travelers.

Great and friendly hotel staff, lovely views of table mountain from the restaurant. Delicious milkshakes, but the rest of the food was rather pricey. Loved the decor in the lifts.

The Capetown Fire and Ice is a hip and trendy hotel. Centrally located in in the Gardens area, lots of places to visit close by like markets and museums. This hotel has everything you need without being too imposing. Rooms are very stylish and comfortable. I would definately stay there again.
