The last two nights of our trip (ending Nov. 14, 2008) we spent in Kommetjie at the Sunset Beach house. It is absolutely beautiful! We will go back, it's a matter of when. The experience was wonderful for us. (2 adults and 3 kids.) Clean friendly safe with one of the best beaches we have experienced. The photos are far from the truth. We found the place to be drab and neglected. The food was so-so, but the wines great. I would advise the owners to upgrade the management. Loved it here, really a great get away, far from the main tourist areas, so a great honeymoon or couples place. Stunning location right on the beach, lovely guest house which is beautifully decorated in beach house style!!
