for our first visit to cape town we could not have chosen a better hotel. the location was perfect - adjacent to the waterfront but very quiet. comfortable rooms, good facilities and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of the dinner. delicious breakfast. most enjoyable stay and we would happily use this hotel again.

We stayed at this excellent Hotel during the past weekend for the Cape Argus Cycle Tour. It location is excellent on the V&A Waterfront and the price extremely fair for its location. Very clean Hotel, great breakfast but its biggest asset is its friendly and helpful staff. Will be back again soon!

One can hardly improve on the proximity to the V & A, Aquarium and Pavilion Conference Centre, all at an affordable price. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
