We've stayed at garden court eastern boulevard 6 times over the last 3years. It's just value for money. Not the grandest of rooms. But it's well sized. Bathroom needs better ventilation. But spend less time in room and more enjoying the beauty of CT. Breakfast is brilliant. I like the lamb sausage options. Even using thee renovations it was still... More

Visited a few times in the last year and found the hotel to be very comfortable. Priced right and location is central to everything. 5 mins to Waterfront and 15 mins to Century City. Clifton and Camps Bay are approx 15 mins away. The view of the harbour from the rooms was spectacular. Breakfast is solid and they do cater... More

I went to Cape Town for one week to attend a conference. The room was fine, but none of the adaptors that I had brought with me from the USA worked. The staff insisted that each room had one that worked with US plugs, but mine did not have one. I had to go out and walk a block to... More

I usually make use of this hotel to do business in Cape Town,it is quite central, although not in the crazy buzz of the city centre. Its a nice place, staff are friendly and they know me by name. Thats what I like,I feel special here. The breakfast is a regular hotel brekkie, and a absolutely love their Peri Peri Chicken Livers and... More

We stayed here for 4 nights during the world cup and the service was terrible. Front desk were confused with any question we had for them. We were asked to wait at check in as they said there was no available rooms for the room that was booked. When we asked for credit to use the internet and it was... More

Average chain hotel a 20minute taxi ride away from the V&A. Currently being refurbished - which it needs. Staff friendly but despite about a years notice that a hundred or so rugby fans would be staying with them, they didn't have enough bar staff or beer to cope with us. Buffet breakfast was good, but evening meal in the hotel... More
