A standard 'in town' large hotel with welcoming staff. Best suited to business traveler rather than holiday maker. But we could not understand why only Halal food was served. No bacon for breakfast! This aspect would put me off if we ever go back.

Staff was very helpful and even offered to drive us to the waterfront (no charge) when no taxis were available. Restaurant was pretty good.

We were told at our arrival at Cape Town airport that our hotel had been taken over by the Hildton Group just a fortnight before we arrived. Rooms were clean & room service was great. After a long day tour when we would come back the rooms used to clean & all the toiletries were re-stocked. Loved the large bathroom with seperate tub. The Breakfast was very good & Staff were friendly. The hotel has a shuttle to & fro for V&A waterfront which runs every 30mins.
