It is a 20+ minute walk to the VA Waterfront and about 10 minute walk to the edge of Sea Point commercial and ocean front promenade area. To get to the beach area of Sea Point is also about 20+ minute walk. Granted I am not an unusual fast or slow walker, so believe it is a realistic time frame... More

Fab guesthouse, quiet location, 15 min walk to V&A waterfront. Beautifully decorated house, lovely rooms and most comfortable bed! Phillip, Mama Eunice and Simon great hosts. Phillip was very helpful and arranged tours for us and even came with us for lunch on our last day. Would stay there again most definitely.

Romney Lodge was just the perfect place to unwind after three weeks working a conference. Philip was the perfect host. Tours were arranged and transportation available quickly. Phillip was incredibly welcoming and we were very comfortable for the final 2 days of our holiday. The location on green point within walking distance of the V&A waterfront is fab.
