Prepare to step back in time if you stay here. Its a one horse town. No tv, phone, clock ...... I stayed with two friends in two rooms in an annex across from the main hotel. Both rooms were damp and I had to place a towel on my mattress to stop the damp coming through the sheets. The hotel website says it has recently been refurbished - well that must have been in 1973 when they stopped mining there.... more
