Typical Hampton property, solid and secure feeling. Undergoing some updating which should be finished soon. Great lake view, 4th floor. Very quiet for a property in "Party Town". Breakfast was good. It was 117 and the AC in the hallways needs serious help. The room units worked well and were quiet.

The Hampton Inn is located just North of London Bridge but not actually on Lake Havasu. You have good views from the grounds of the Lake and the surrounding desert hills. Located very close to all of the fun! London bridge, the bars, and the boat rental shops. The free hot breakfast in the morning is an awesome touch before heading out to the lake! Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was a comfortable hotel, very clean even though the hotel is undergoing remodeling. They have a free happy hour from 5 - 7 with wine, beer or sodas. They are under renovation for the front desk so they are using the gift shop -- no big deal to me. It didn't change the experience for me. The hallway carpet could use an upgrade (only reason I didn't give it a 5 star) but the rooms were great. Clean and nice.

It was OK, but I've been at better Hamptons. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and disrupted our sleep. The lobby was being remodeled and, hopefully, they'll also improve the air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was good except for the scrambled eggs, which were very dry. The sausage patties had good flavor.
