This is an old building and the furniture in the rooms is older, but remember this is a Motel . Cheapest Brand in America. The staff is amazing. They are very friendly and make you feel at home. Room is very clea.

I just want to say that this is probably the cheapest place to stay in Havasu. This was the worst Motel 6 we encountered. The hallways were stinky, the pool was so gross I wouldn't even let a dog swim in it! The room had a kitchnette but didn't have any plates or silverwear, pots or pans. The front desk people were a little on the creepy side. My advice -- DON'T STOP, KEEP DRIVING!

Arrived 6pm. Small room and hotel has few facilities. Room clean and adequate. Air con extremley noisy. Havasu itself is a disapoinment.

Checked in went up to room. Burn holes in drapes. Looked dirty - did not stay got money back. I was sure the bugs were soon to follow. We have a bad taste for Motel 6 now.
