Close to everything you need, but has no sea views and no room service (WTF?).. the rooms are very modern and spacious. Open bathroom (no walls- make sure if you are sharing you are comfortable). Overall good experience!

Stayed here for a weekend, was attending conference that was being held @ the same hotel. eco-friendly- energy saving light/electrical fittings, spacious rooms, all basic amenities, courteous staff, within a huge shopping complex. Delicious food!

Just spent the night there with the kids in a 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and spacious. Has microwave, kettle and fridge but no cutlery or crockery except for tea cups and spoons. Could do with some cutlery and some crockery. Hotel does not have a swimming pool, no entertainment for the kids - more for the business traveller.

Some hotels call large rooms "suites" when in fact they are just large rooms with a chair. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relaxed with plenty of choice. Hotel is right across the road from the Gateway Retail centre so there plenty of alternative restaurants and opportunities to buy things. Wireless internet connects easily.
