We stayed there our first night in South Africa. It's close to the airport and situated in a quiet and safe area. Thus this is the perfect place to stay for the first night(s). The owner was very helpful and arranged taxi and dinner reservation for us. We flew in delayed and really appreciated we didn't have to arrange anything... more

We also stayed in this guesthouse and had a wonderful time. The view over Durban and the harbour is spectacular, especially in the evening. A car is essential if you stay here but driving in the city wasn`t a problem though we got a ticket and fine for parking facing oncoming traffic. We even managed to reach Rourkes drift,and Isandlwana... more

This is a wonderful lodge. Much wooden works at lodge. Rooms and bathroom are complete and luxureus. The lodge has a swimming pool en a beautiful garden, with outlook on the city of Durban en de the harbour of Durban. The hopitality in de lodge by the owner is a bit formely, but it doesn't disturb.
