Having stayed in many guest houses in the Durban North area, I certainly had lots of properties I could compare Balmoral to during my first stay. A wonderfully appointed B&B with access to downtown, beaches and restaurants. Lovely breakfast and the kids loved the fact that there are numerous power outlets for all their tech gadets and ability to charge whilst travelling from abroad. Excellent service from Janet and her team. Thanks for another wonderful stay! Will be back and would recommend to anyone........

Private, quite and in a great position for business. Walk to Broadway Restraunts if you need to, I found this lodge to be clean and professional and the decor is simple and tasteful. Better than staying in a large hotel or in a domestic b and b, more pivacy and more peaceful. This place is new and fresh and recomended... More

What a brilliant spot in the heart of Durban North - close to the main restaurant strip - but off a quiet street so you are assured of a peaceful nights sleep. The room was massive and spotless - the place looks brand new. It is worthy of 5 stars. Brilliant breakfast patio. Highly recommended.
