Travelled with a schoolgroupof 29 people. Stayed in the executive rooms. Flats were very spacious, well equipped and clean (except that toilet area wasnt when wearrived but this was rectified during clean-up the following day). The place is so near to the beach that it is safe when you are with kids. We were with 12 kids. The staff is so friendly and the ladies doing room services are always carrying a happy smile. Loved that place and will not look for another place to stay.

David Mgijima and his wife Getrude are coming back for a long stay this time. Keep up the standard you are the best. Friendly staff Mncwaaah 100percent.Car parking was the best that I've ever seen, security was top of the range,we left the car two days and found it untouched, wonderful.

The Impala is located so close to the beach and the China mall, with shops restaurants and more. No need to go far away from the flats at all. Park your car and enjoy your stay. Our stay at Impala Flats was great. The only problem we had was : The time of checking in, 3 o'clock,,,,,that is too much. We came in the morning with a bus , from Port Elizabeth and we waited until 3pm. If the check in time could change at-least to 10am or 11 it would much better. apart all that... More
