This is an older hotel and is showing it's age. The things that should be clean were- linens, towels, bathroom, etc. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for Memorial Day weekend.

The room was clean and had all the accommodations that are needed for a place to sleep. The manager was also very friendly and eager to help. Next time I am in Kingman I will stay here again.

The bathtub was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The faucet did not work. The curtain fell when I went to close it. The lamp shade was torn and the beds are hard. The only good thing about this hotel is the refrigerator, microwave, and wi-fi. I will not be staying here again.

We had a group for a sporting event. Manager was great. Very helpful and accomodating. He even gave us a later checkout so we could shower before driving home. The place was great for what we needed. Clean and price was right!
