For a well established hotel, I expect more. Staff try really hard but overall product is so weak...no mini bar; no room service menus, wireless only if you trek back to reception & pay extra; amenities non-existant!

We were delighted to stay and enjoy the peace of Indaba following a stressful Johannesburg arrival. The staff of Indaba was welcoming and understanding, and gracefully allowed us a late check-out so that we could enjoy a leisurely and delicious breakfast followed by quality family time at the pool. A very nice oasis of peace with clean, quiet rooms.
