The rooms were clean.Much improved since new owners have taken over,and renovated. However they are not large,even the suites(think NYC).The staff very helpful and the breakfast good(you pay extra).I would put my business guests there no problem for short term stays.

This hotel is well run by a good friendly staff. Located in a managed (and patrolled) business park, it isn't affected by the freeways nearby. We stayed at the holiday inn roodepoort for 4 nights & it was a great stay...everything was fabulous. the rooms are wide &clean. the stuff are sooo friendly & we really did enjoy the BBQ steak restaurant located in the same complex. the food their is very tasty. we'd stay there again if we go

This hotel is in a hidden spot, surprisingly quiet and in pleasant office park green belt with adjacent lake. You are totally unaware of the nearby freeways. The hotel is basic, but value for money.
