I have rented a penthouse long term and whilst this place has potential it is NOTHING like it promises. NO customer service, staff are too afraid of the body corporate to do anything, the chairman runs around screaming like a dictator. Dont be fooled by the Internet pictures. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment for 2weeks. The rooms are small, stains on carpets and couches. No air con. Splice Riviera is an excellent service apartment in the heart of Jo'Burg. It is conveniently located next to the Killarney Mall and is a secure location.
