Was there in 2011. The lady who manages the place, I think Sue was very warm. Food is home cooked and served with love. The guest lodge manager knows every guest by name. It is 5 star service and very affordable.

Stay here. Don't stay anywhere else. The rooms are fantastic...the space is quiet...extremely comfortable...the food is very tasty...and the staff wonderful. Far and away the best space in Joburg...look no further.

The Merose Place Guesthouse is fantastic! Clean, well decorated large rooms. Lots of beautiful courtyards and cosy places to have tea and check email with the free internet. Great people and superb service. This is my second stay here. I highly recommend.

This is a delightful B&B set amidst a lovely garden with pool, with staff who just could not be more friendly and helpful. The B&B is also ideally situated for getting around the city
