Horrible service! therewas no one atthe front desk for 30 minutes. Only the doormen where there. we had to wait until whenever they decided to show up. On top of that,...this hotel has NO AC in any of the rooms. While the rooms are very sexy and very updated, the heat at night makes you have a very restless sleep. Not worth it. Even more, the elevator there was broken and we had to carry 4 heavy peices of luggage up and down steps. Finally, it is the downtown area of Jo-berg which is very desolate at night. more
