“Poor service makes a mediocre hotel into an avoidable one.”

Gosh, where do I start with this place? The key words here are 'window dressing' - in other words, pretty on the outside, falls short on the inside. “It does not live up to its name”

The rooms are nicely furnished but poorly maintained. The level of cleanliness is poor with black mould in the shower. It unfortunately does not live up to its advertised peaceful stress free environment as the gardeners start cutting grass early in the morning, the staff are noisy and if there is a conference coinciding with your stay, then you are...
