The hotel is old and in desperate need of a revamp. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, the rooms are old, carpets are very dirty and bathrooms do not feel clean. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. Breakfast is good, but for the rest I would rather not stay here again.

I spent a weekend night with my family. Front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are large and fixtures are OK. As someone else said in their review, this hotel is spread out. Into Bloem for a business trip. Found this hotel to be perfectly located, excellent service and spacious room? Should try the breakfast. Very Good! Specially liked the chocolate and notebook left in the room. Nice touch. Will go back again.

This hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms with two double beds etc. Pity the shower is inside the bath. Staff at reception was helpful and fast. Entrance to hotel difficult to find, strange layaout of hotel - no lifts, and no staff willing to assist with luggage, slow booking in despite confirmed booking, dark and dingy rooms, dated decor, loud aircon, strange smells, slow room service, negative attitude from staff upon complaining - this place will never se mee again

Rooms were large, but lacked furniture & charm Internet was crap! It was attached to the mall though, which was nice.

I was on business and this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Rooms were big, clean with a great view. Breakfast above average, and staff extremely friendly. I will return on my next trip.
