Stayed one night while traveling from California to Texas. This was our half-way point. It was nice to come to a comfortable, clean hotel room in our exhaustion.

This small motel is a real gem regarding customer service. Upon arrival I was informed that my reserved room rate was too high and that they would lower my price by 10$. Fiendlyreception. Good clean room. Reasonable price with good breakfast. Close to I-40 but not noisy. Flat panel TV with many channels. Noisy fridge. Near 2 Denny's and an Italian restaurant (walk 3-5 minutes)

I was just traveling though, and need a place for the night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the place was quiet. Breakfast was not bad either. I really couldn't find fault with the place as it suited my needs just fine. If I need to stay in Holbrook again, I would stay here.
