We were booked to stay three nights on a holiday weekend. When we got there we were so disappointed with the chalet that we decided to leave and go back home. The chalet was so small and did not seem clean. We didn't even unpack. We had paid $125 a night in advance. We attempted to get into other resorts nearby, but they were all booked. There was no one around when we decided to go back home, so we just left. They should have seen that the bed was never used and there were no suitcases or clothes in the chalet. We received a bill in the mail for $75 extra for having a dog. There was no mess, in fact we were only at the unit for 30 minutes. We didn't attempt to get a refund because it was a holiday weekend. There are much nicer places in the area, in fact within a mile. My wife looked at the Greer Resort (not to be confused with Greer Mountain Resort) and it looked really nice with luxury cabins.
