Very nice motel. Everything is fresh. The front desk is friendly and efficient. The location is terrific. You can walk to restaurants of every type. Other restaurants are within just a couple of miles. Only 30 minutes to downtown PHX or some of the Spring Training ball parks.

Asked for and received non-smoking, ground-floor room. Stayed one week in a studio at an amazing daily rate and just a few marks off total score because of garbage dumpster pick-up @ 4 AM on two nights.
Terrific value and highly recommended for location to Peoria baseball complex.

This was my first visit to an ESA but it won't be my last! The accommodations were great. The staff friendly & efficient. The only thing lacking was a pool & jacuzzi. The efficiency kitchen complete with pot/ pans & dishes saves a family a fortune in dining out.

Staff are very unfriendly and if you need anything, they are not willing to provide it. Cost a lot of money for what you get. Found roach bait just sitting on the bathroom floor. Toilet plugged; dirty bathroom. Staff are EXTREMELY rude. Would never go back again. No pool and no workout facilities...what the heck?

room with 2 beds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2 straight men need 2 beds! and all Hotwire bookings require you to stay in SMOKING room. NO Pool. No jacuzzi No morning brkfst or coffee.WIFI is (of course!) extra.$5.00...use the COFFEE BEAN place adjacent shop free....
