“Lack of internet security”

Phoenix has one of the highest rates of internet hacking and identity theft...yet the hotel management chooses to save a few dollars by providing an unsecured access to the internet. I'm a business traveler and like most business travelers requires secure access to the internet.

“Beautiful with friendly/helpful staff”

This is one of our favorite Hampton Inns! (Hampton Inn is our motel of choice.) The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities. Beds are SOOOOO comfortable! This property is close to shopping and eating, so very convenient. We love it here!

This was my first time at this Hampton hotel. It is located 2 doors away from the office. Location and everthing about it was perfect! The staff was accomodating and friendly. I will definitely be back!

“Great place to stay”

From the breakfast with many choices to the evening food some days and the business center and the good internet connection this place was perfect. Nice room too with well stocked bath. Free popcorn and apples make this a place like home for a week's business trip.

“Good hotel in a good location”

Near the Chandler Fashion mall, this hotel has good access to the 101 and 202 freeways. Free breakfast is very good, but the scrambled eggs are a bit salty. For dinner at night, there are many choices at the nearby mall. Staff is helpful without being overbearing.
