I spent last night in this motel, alone. The property is not new but has been refurbished and is kept in very good condition. Front desk staff very pleasant. Nice room with a queen bed, desk, microwave, refrigerator, safe, coffee machine. Superb breakfast, fresh waffles, eggs warm and hard-boiled, patties, yogurt, and all sorts of breakfast pastries. For the price, it's a good value. You get a clean, quiet room, and the pool is good. It's at Exit 194 between Tucson and Phoenix, near the Super 8. Restaurants right there are Cracker Barrel, Denny's, IHOP, and Golden Corral. I don't recommend a refill at the Chevron or AM/PM at the exit. Instead, if you can, go into... more

We needed a place to sleep for the night and a local resort and the Holiday Inn were booked. Took a chance with this Comfort Inn and were pleasently surprised with the general cleanliness and size of the room. Not a resort but a quiet place to recharge for another day of driving.
