Everyone on staff is sooo friendly! It really made us feel so welcome and comfortable here. The hotel is out of the way, yet close to an Albertsons (with Starbucks inside), Target, Safeway, El Pedregal Shopping Ctr. The spa was lovely although I though the 20% tip on very expensive treatments was excessive for 1 hours work. The layout of the resort was not how I imagined.
