We stayed there 2/6/2012 .. Hotel staff were very nice, we hadn't made reservations, had decided we would wing it, since we were just down for a couple of days to check out some tasting rooms, maybe do a mine tour, etc .. The room was spotless, quiet, and charming.. I would definately go back! More

Charming hotel with very nice albeit small room .Terrific restaurant from the Italian fare to the delicious breakfast. Saloon was entertaining especially with local attendees adding to the flavor. A perfect place to stay as it is located only 2 blocks from the mine tour. Adelightful experience. More

It's not the amenities but the ambiance that endeared us to the Copper Queen. It is a step back in time from the minute you ascend the front steps. My wife and I stayed there for two nights. Realize the Copper Queen has been open for over 110 years. Our room was relatively small, but I'm sure it was quite large back then. One thing to keep in mind, if you want to take a bath or shower, your wait for hot water can take up to 15 minutes... More
