The people here were extremely kind and pleasant. The view from the back patio were phenomenal. We were fortunate enough to see the great mountain and enjoy her beauty. Our luggage was brought to our room promptly so that we could wander the grounds and enjoy the area.

We had a very nice first floor room with a beautiful view. The room was fairly large and very comfortable. It is a bit outside town but there is a shuttle to take you to downtown area. I stayed in this hotel when it first opened in 2001. Cushy rooms with kitchenettes. A spectacular view of the Mountain--if it's out. Hot tub on the back deck. The restaurant has good food, but a little pricey. The gift shop has reasonably priced offerings. I always take visitors through the gorgeous lobby with the huge stone fireplace.

This lodge looks great on the outside but it stops there. Rooms are noisy as it is cheaply built, halls narrow, sheets pathetically cheap, worst TP and Kleenex in the US, NO extras!
