Ended up staying here by accident. The owners were quite nice and went out of the way for us, service-wise. Room was clean, beds comfortable and shower hot. Unfortunately, the walls were so thin we heard everthing going on around us and the guests going up and down the stairs sounded like elephants.

I have eaten here three times, every time, was excellent. The Swiss stlye french toast is amazing, the Rosti also solid. I love the decor, it is very cozy, and the hospitality Alaskan style. If you are in Talkeetna you could do worse. Never stayed in the inn I will leave that to others.

We stayed here for one night-glacier flight next morning. Rooms cleaned and good size. Restaurant on site had good food. No TV but dvd rental place across street. Location convenient to Talkeetna and airplanes. Good place to sleep for the price.
