Spent one night here on my tour through the Sapa region. It is a good hotel, nothing fantastic. I arrived in the morning after taking the overnight train from Hanoi and was allowed to check into my room right away which was a relief. The room I had was large and comfortable and had a nice view across the valley.... More

The hotel was booked for me as part of a Vega tour. The good: The view from my room was amazing. I had a large balcony, shared with two or three other rooms, but didn't see anyone else out on it. The bed was comfortable. I had aircon, large flatscreen TV with cable, and minibar. The breakfast buffet was decent... More

We had stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (late April 2012) and it was a great disappointment staying with this hotel: 1. We does not see any unhygienic (no cockroaches etc) part during our meals (B/L/D) in the hotel, we would fairly said the food was average, and not amazing. And there is one morning where there is no... More

A balcony overlooking the mountains and a big room with a comfortable bed. Everything that a traveller could ask for. Conveniently located and with a very helpful staff.

Since Sapa is so small, every hotel is usually in a great position. We loved this hotel because our room was ENORMOUS with a balcony and views over the valley. Beds, though large were spring mattresses which were not the most comfortable but we didn't care. Breakfast was in a room surrounded by window looking over the valley. This hotel... More

This hotel is rated as a three star property in Vietnam. That is the key for managing your expectations if you stay here (or anywhere else in Vietnam, for that matter). I stayed here for two nights as part of a Sinh Tourist three-day tour to Sapa. This property is pricier than many of the two star properties in Sapa... More

Our travel company booked this hotel for the night prior to our trek and I wasn't expecting much because I'd heard many Sapa hotels were average. But I was pleasantly surprised. The large room (with internal windows, but not unusual in Asian hotels) had fabulous heating, plus electric blankets (unlike many other Sapa hotels we heard about afterwards), it was... More

I had booked a tour with the Sinh Tourist (formerly Sinh Cafe) and upgraded to this hotel, upon learning that the one in the original package did not have in-room heating. I am glad I did - the room was pretty big - it had two large twin beds and a nice sitting area by a 'fireplace'. There was also... More

The positive reviews of this hotel are highly suspect. I just cannot believe that they're talking about the same hotel. Either that or they were written by friends/family/employees of the hotel. I still have nightmares about this hotel. It was by far, hands down, the worst hotel we stayed in throughout our 3+ weeks in Vietnam. To add insult to... More

I'll bullet point this review. It was HORRIFIC (and i can't stress that enough - imagine the worst place you've ever seen, and then double it). 1. Breakfast was foul. An impressive collection of COCKROACHES crawling around in middle of buffet table and from where you pick up the chopsticks. Vile. 2. Room on inside of hotel with no window.... More
