Good points: Good location for views and quiet, good food, spacious rooms, great shower, nice people, good value for money, organised great days out. Bad Points: Uphill from town (but not far), Could do with a re-furb more

Yeah ! Its located 10 minutes from center of Sapa ... but I'd to go up to the mountain and stay there .. Sapa Summit .. Next year, I'll choose here again .. for sure more

I stayed for 2 nights at the Sapa Summit Hotel on a Shearings holiday. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought the menu was good and varied and the staff were very efficient and helpful. more

We had a great Sapa tour with home-stay and stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is nothing special. The small rooms are OK and have a nice view. There is WiFi and free internet. The food is so-so and the restaurant does not really have a great atmosphere. The tour was great however... so the hotel is average... more

We arrived early in the morning with a busload of other tourists. It was raining. We could store our luggage somewhere, got some aweful breakfast from a very dirty kitchen and the only thing we could do was walk trough Sapa in the rain for 3 hours until our room was ready. Just terrible experience.Very chaotic transfer in HaNoi to start with. Arrived in Sapa's railway station and were seated in big bus for 40 minutes in order to wait for the passengers from next (!) train watching other transfers disappear quickly. Quite dirty despite of VIP floor, food less than average quality. Very average service, handling you as just another tourist... more

We stayed here as part of a package, 4n/2 day which we had booked in Hanoi, 2 night sleeper train , i night hotel, and 1 night homestay. We had a room on the second floor, which had a small balcony and looked right over the valley, the view was good even though it was raining and misty a lot... more

We got dropped off at the Summit Sapa by a mini-bus (probably collecting commission), and decided to stay. Received a twin room with breakfast and VAT for $25usd a night, which now seems overpriced. The view is incredible, when the fog rolls out which is rare, but is nobody's fault. The room was ok, but the shower was the best... more
