the rooms, staff, food and everything else was amazing. the location in the middle of Sapa was fantastic with shops and bakery's on your door step. i would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed there for 3 nights and found the hotel was great. Fantastic waiting room with showers, Internet, a bar and great leather lounge suites. But saying that there was a bit The shower in our room had just been re-furbished.

We spent 3 nights here in the new wing and it was just fine. Not the quality of hotels one finds in Hanoi (e.g. Essence Hotel) but certainly good enough for Sapa and centrally located. Good buffet, clean rooms, fireplace, cool cat laying by fireplace, nice staff. What else do you need?
