The rooms may lack the quality one may be used to but they were still very comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are great. The restaurant was quite good and you can't beat the view. Overall we loved our stay in this hotel and Sapa.

This hotel is in a wonderful position with glorious views from the upper terraces. However it is in need of refurbishment. In April, the rooms are uncomfortably hot at night. The water heaters are ancient.

We stayed on the top floor with a big bedroom overlooking the valley. We had a fire place inside that we where able to use at night adding to the charm. Its also fairly central, even though Sapa is not that big. The family owners where also friendly and helpful and I would stay here again

I don't know what you all expect for the price, but this place is great! The rooms are basic, yes, but so cozy! We had a room on the 7th floor, great view with a spacious balcony to enjoy it. A good clean hotel with great views, fog permitting. We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. Close to other restaurants and bars.

Arrived early in the morning on the train from Hanoi. Provided with breakfast although not much choice. Had a room at the top which gives a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding hills. There is a lift but it only goes so far, so if you're on the top floor you have to walk up several flights of stairs.... More

The hotel is quite adequate with comfortable rooms. Many rooms have fireplaces and my fireplace needed to be cleaned. The staff were excellent. The owners niece, Van gave an impromptu cooking lesson including visit to the market. The result was absolutely delicious. The hotel is nestled on the side of a mountain and it has charm.
