We loved it here, the room was amazing with a spectacular view. Far exceeded our expectations, based on what we paid. The room was enormous, with everything you could need. Location was good, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

The hotel looks good and lovely. We reached early in the morning from Hanoi by overnight train. The breakfast, especially the coffee, chicken noodle, omelette and fruits certainly delighted us. Staff could only communicate in very little English. They took our passports and could only return after 8 pm that day (we could hardly understand the need). Bathroom has broken...

This hotel was pretty nice. It had hot water, nice bathroom with a separate shower (though NOT all rooms are like that), a good breakfast with Western and Vietnamese food and comfy beds. The rooms were plenty spacious and each room has a fire place to help warm you up. The downers to my visit were that the power went...

My partner and I stayed here for a night. We arrived early in the morning after getting the overnight train from Hanoi. We weren't really greeted when we arrived in the pouring rain, just told to sit down. After about half an hour we were taken to our room and told that the power was out for the whole day....

We agrreed to try our luck as it was too cold and luckily there were spaces in this hotel. We felt right since the...

Hotel is just out of the main bussle in the town. About 7 minutes will get you to the middle of the tourist section. You will be bombarded with locals "to buy from me". We were tired after a night n the train and could not book in until 1pm. The rooms were neat and fairly new with good bathroom...

This is a nice hotel and probably has a great view but we went in January and it was really cold with a thick fog, visibility 75metres.
We'd booked a superior room and the room was good with a balcony, presumably to enjoy the view in better weather. There was a fire in the bedroom, which a charming 15 year...
