We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with a verandah and a view. Staff were warm and helpful. We were even given a bottle of wine.

we stayed in this hotel 1 night (22 of april), we had the VIP 1 room with a fantastic view. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. there is no elevator, but climbing all the stairs to the VIP room is worth it's while.
The staff at this hotel is great - they did everything they could to make the stay a great one. It was 2 days after my wife birthday and they left a cake in the room with candles and a nice card. They made me strong coffee and were very helpful in all areas. My biggest "problem" with this place...

We liked this hotel, and their friendly staff made it great. Our room was at the front with a nice balcony facing the rice terraces. The room itself was fine, a little run-down feeling, but I think it's probably as good as it gets for Sapa. The view made up for anything lacking in the room. The staff were helpful...

The owner Long (#1) could not be more generous and kind and his lovely wife Lan...

The hotel is a family business and all members of the staff are really kind. You are offered green tea on arrival and a bottle of water when leaving, they...
