Rooms basic but cold, additional cost for electric heater although electric blanket provided which helped. Passports kept by owner for the duration of the stay which is common at some hotels in Vietnam Owner somewhat friendly but attitude changed a bit when no tour booked with the hotel. Nice breakfast.

We were in Sapa on december. It was so cold in this town. Thanks to the electric blankets it made a huge difference after a day outside. Wish to have the same comment on the hot shower but it´s not the case. Very cold water or very hot not the in between.
