We found the Sapa Eden to be a wonderful hotel, the staff were very helpful, the owner was fantastic, our room was great, very big, 2 balconies with the best views you could ask for. Mr Dung organised our private tour to Bac Ha via emails, also our train tickets, and delivered exactly what we ordered. The only reason I... More

We visited sapa last month and we had a nice stay in this hotel. This hotel is close to many main sites, has a good view and full of other services like currency exchange, room service, wak-up call… We didn’t get tour organization from the hotel, but overall this hotel was so good. We would recommend it!

We stayed here for one night and the hotel arranged our Orient Express train berth and station transfer . All went smoothly and we had a suite room with stunning views across to Cat Cat and the surrounding hills . The room was spacious and clean and everything worked .Breakfast was a bit basic and the staff did not speak... More

There is no way that this hotel should be rated as highly as it is. I would question some of the reviews. We arrived from the train and were unable to check in right away, as we expected might happen. We were told it would only be an hour, so go have breakfast. We came back after an hour and... More

We stayed at the Sapa Eden Hotel (junior suite) mid April. Pros: - reasonable location just outside the market on the edge of town and on the path to Cat Cat Village - reasonably comfortable accommodations with plenty of space. - breakfast, though not a buffet, was decent and served quite quickly - staff were friendly and helpful - wonderful... We thought the eden was great value, stayed in the family room, lots of room and very clean. small private balcony with amazing views.breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of toast and jams, more than enough to start the day( who needs a smorgasbord, its only breakfast)Staff were lovely. On the edge of town, noise not a problem.

Sapa is full of hotels similar to this one. It has basic rooms and, as others have noted, nice views. The bathroom had no ventilation and a funky sewer/septic smell. I am also doubtful of the overall high rating this hotel has on TripAdvisor. Front desk people were nice and helpful. We made the mistake of buying two separate treks... More

we recently stayed at the Sapa Eden and although it was probably the lowest in stars (i think only 2 or 3 star hotel) of all the ones we stayed at during our trip this was my favourite. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were fantastic we also had a lunch included in one of our treks, the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Sapa Eden. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfasts were good, especially the omelettes and pancakes. The hotel isn't flash and is getting a little tired but the staff make up for it. I think if I were coming back to Sapa then I'd spend another $10 or so unless the... More

This is a nice hotel, nothing flash, but for $35 what do you expect? The staff were very helpful, they arranged the car from/to Lao Cai and the train tickets from/to Hanoi for us (up on the Sapaly Express back on the King - if you are reading this before booking tickets, of these two trains I'd go for the...
