We chose this hotel based on the suggestion it had good views and flexible check in times, which worked well for us. What can I say?? This family run hotel was so dirty. Damp walls, blood splattered on wall above my bed! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and a family that just were totally not interested. Do yourself a favour, don't stay!

Like others have said a good quiet location a few minutes walk away from the centre of Sapa. We also checked in early after the night train got us in at 7am so was handy to sleep before heading out.
