The room itself was adequately spacious with opening French windows on to a shared balcony. The close HV power lines seemed almost in reach though. The advertising said that air conditioning was... This is a very average place ( well below in comparaison of elsewhere in Vietnam), with very inflated prices ( like every where in Sapa). We were infortunate to be there on a national day which made Sapa even worse than it already is. The hotel has good rooms though slightly noisy. But the main problem we had is that... More

Well located hotel close to Cat Cat village and away from the noisy centre of Sapa. The staff were very friendly and efficient especially Ms Anna the manager. The view from my room was superb and I was able to go straight to my room after the minibus ride from Lao Cai which was much appreciated. Breakfast at the hotel... More

This hotel's great. Sapa can be cold but our room had a good heater an electric blanket so was very snug. The shower's warm too. We went trekking on a very damp and muddy day, after going back to get our bags (we'd checked out by this time) we were offered a complimentary room to shower in and they had... More

This hotel was very comfortable, staff friendly and efficient, food delicious and the room like heaven after our village... More

We stayed here as part of a "Deluxe" package deal we got in Hanoi, unfortunately for us it was anywhere but "Deluxe!". We arrived after a reasonable sleep on the train and was taken on a minibus to Sapa Global Hotel. From the road there was 3 flights of stairs up to the top road where the hotel was located... More
