I loved my time here. The owner gave me a great cut price rate during low season and had luxury room with spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet at $5 is great value. Beds are comfortable, showers generous and hot, and complimentary tea and coffee and fruit.... More

Staff were lovely and helpful, food was excellent, the cooking class was great. Stayed 5 nights on the very top floor, bathroom had a few holes in it, nothing serious, but everything worth it for the magnificent view and the peacefulness. Location was fantastic, couldn't be beaten, especially if you want to do lots of treks. Would stay there every... More

This hotel had a great view of the rolling hills. Our rooms looked out to a beautiful scenary. The breakfast was pretty good, with an egg station and friendly cook. The reception had very friendly staff. The bed was terrible though...gave my husband and I very bad backaches. The bathroom was also poorly designed and didn't drain well. There were... More

We used this hotel as a base for a trekking tour. Shower & breakfast the day before check-in and again after check-out were happily provided. The views are stunning and our room had a small verandah to sit and just look out. The staff were very helpful and our room was very large (deluxe) and while the furniture was older... More

We stayed with a group of friends. Our rooms were spacious and clean, we stayed in the deluxe rooms as the superior rooms were rather small. The bed was very hard which is quite common in Vietnam hotels. Breakfast was quite good and the staff very friendly and accommmodating.

See Gwen who is the supervisor at this hotel and she will answer your every need. She has a radiant smile and gives this property an unique charm. Our breakfast after that famous 9 hour overnight train was perfect. Muesli on fruit but we could have had eggs any style. The view from the terrace is perfect Sapa, although because... More

This hotel has probably the best location in Sapa, with an exceptional view from the main dining room, most of the rooms and the roof terrace in particular. Our party actually had the two rooms next to the roof terrace, so we had some beautiful sun-rise and sun-set hours here. The location is also just a minute walk from the... More

We stayed one night, and were very happy with the accommodation. Our room was at the back of the hotel, with spectacular views when the clouds lifted. It was comfortable, although we weren't told we would have to turn the hot water back on after an electricity failure, resulting in cold showers the following morning. The central location was excellent,... More
