We stayed in the ground floor double room, which is en suite and very spacious. There wasn't any air con but we were cool enough with the ceiling fan and windows open (windows had insect screens). Rooms are v clean and bathroom looked new. Kovalam beach is a short rickshaw ride away for restaurants and shopping and there's another beach walking distance away for sunbathing.
