at best - this is a 4 star boutique hotel. The hotel is neat and luxurious in some parts, but average in others. The rooms have wooden flooring, 32 inch LCD tv but the bathrooms arent plush at all. Someone recommended this hotel for the ambience & the cost. You have to know that hotels situated outside the city and being on prime location (near the beach) warrant high cost. We were very happy with the Turtle. Close to beach, nice pool, lovely furniture, comfortable beds and pillows..our kids loved it. We stayed in a duplex suite so we had plenty of room for the family. “Badly let down by unreliable and very slow service”

Modern and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and nice pool area. Service however was appallingly slow in the restaurant and the reception staff just kept forgetting our requests, even over important matters such as ordering a taxi for the airport.

The rooms were excellent - well designed, comfortable beds, good tv etc. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive.
