I was skeptical at first. Being from the lower 48, I've seen my share of run down motels. But this was not one of those. Don't judge a book by its cover. You have to see the rooms and meet the owners. They're incredible. Breath taking view, southern Hospitality and the rooms are clean.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the quiet, the views and the general surroundings. It was our fourth trip to Alaska and this was among the best places we stayed. The staff was helpful, the location is within walking distance to the grocery store(s), and the view is outstanding. We shall stay here again when we revisit Homer.
