The best of Hotel Capital is that it is situated in San Jose downtown, just one street away from the National Bank (Banco Nacional) where you can find good rates for money exchange, there's around shops, farmacies, restaurants, etc. very handy indeed. The previous review is right. The owner is friendly and kind and helps you with the tourist information for free. He keep your luggage for free for a couple of days. BUT!....
