Stayed for around a week. The rooms were spacious and clean. The choice in the Room Service menu was not much and a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff were friendly. The housekeeping floor staff were very friendly. Overall had a pleasant stay.

For a reasonable price I think Palma Real wasn't a bad option especially with all that was included for the price. There was a free airport transfer via another company but which was arranged through the hotel.
