We stayed here on 1/24/12. Hotels in Costa Rica are pretty expensive in high season. We arrived one day early for our tour and needed a reasonably priced place to stay before moving to the designated hotel for the tour. We arrived San Jose pretty late in the evening so only needed to stay the night, have breakfast and then... More

This was my first trip to Costa Rica and Adventure Inn was reccommended to me. I am very happy with all their services. They picked my daughter and I up at the airport. We were 2 women traveling alone and it was wonderful to have somebody waiting for your arrival when you were not familiar with your surroundings. The rooms... More

We stayed at adventure inn at the beginning of our Costa Ricain adventure and at the end. The rooms we got were great (comfortable beds, really clean), We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and we were really pleased.Great food! We had booked our rental car via the hotel. When the guy showed up with the... More

I am fortunate to be a guest at Adventure Inn Hotel. My reservations changed, and they were very accomodating. The Hotel is beautiful, and decorated in an ancient tropical fashion. From the whimsical statues, to the koi pond, an intriguing image awaits around every corner. They offer a full breakfast in the morning which includes fresh fruit, cheese, coffee, banana... More

I don't understand why this hotel gets such a high review. It is over priced, it is just a regular motel. Not worth the money, More

Give us a break! What motel offers free international phone calls, four free high speed internet guest computers, a free library, free WiFi throughout the property, free airport transfers, accurate Costa Rican travel info and lowest cost arrangements for tours, transfers and car rentals, a concierge / security person to help with your luggage and show you your room, a... We already liked Adventure Inn when we arrived on February 3, 2012, the night before our flight back to the US. We had stayed two nights at the beginning of the trip as well as three nights last year and the staff remembered us, making us feel like we were coming back home. Then, when checking in, I realized I... More

My group stayed at Adventure Inn for the first 2 nights then our last night in Costa Rica. I liked the ease which we could book a day tour right from the hotel. Even though we were spending most of our time in Manuel Antonio I wanted to get to Tabacon Resort near Arenal. We were picked up promptly and... More

What a beautiful place. Just getting off the plane, tired. They couldn't do enough for us.Had a bit of problem with our bus for next day, they straightened it out for us, even though we did not book through them. I \thankyou.The room was spacious and clean, the decor beautiful. But the most important part the people, very friendly, made... More

It's a very basic hotel, close to airport but nothing else. I was mislead by all these reviews on trip advisor. If i had known, i would not have chose this hotel for my stay. If you are looking for a convenient, clean hotel near the airport, then yes. But if you also want to explore San Jose a bit,... More

If these people wanted a hotel right in the center of downtown San Jose, why didn't they stay at one instead of blaming us? It's no secret we are conveniently located half way between central San Jose and the international airport in a relatively safe upscale suburban neighborhood. If you want restaurants, bars, nightlife, etc. there is no need, as... More

We spent our last night at the Adventure Inn before flying home. The room was very large, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The desk staff were very helpful with getting us a taxi into town and answering questions we had. The hotel offers one free transportation service either to or from the airport which was one reason we... More
