We only stayed one night at Cinco Hormigas Rojas. The place is very unique, colorful and decorated by great art from Mayra, the artist/owner. Okay, I love nature but this was down right CREEPY... How about having some live plants and not all the dead ones? The place was way too dark and spooky looking. Beautiful wonderful place! We stayed here a few times, as a base in the middle of Costa Rica. The owner Mayra is lovely, she is very helpful, ask her anything and she will arrange it.
