This is definitely not a fancy hotel. But for sleeping and showering, it's fine. The rooms can use a little updating, but overall it was a nice stay. We stayed here for one night before continuing our trip through other parts of Costa Rica. more

I admit the location is prime. You are in downtown with 2 blocks to you hotels and 2 blocks to your souvenir markets. But yuck, these rooms look like shelters. The lobby area of the hotel is nice, but the rooms were dated and OK clean. The air conditioning barely worked, carpet floors (not a good thing, prefer tiles) bathroom once again just OK.
